The Florence Nightingale Bicentennial Fellow and Tutor in Computational Statistics and Machine Learning (OxCSML) are two new fellowships at Oxford and we are recruiting to them as soon as possible. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to establish and sustain your own independent research programme of the highest academic standards. You will join a dynamic and collaborative group and department, where our research is world-leading.
The successful candidates will hold a relevant PhD/DPhil with post-qualification research experience in the area of computational statistics and machine learning and have a strong publication record. They will possess sufficient specialist knowledge in their discipline to develop research projects and methodologies with the ability to raise research funds through making grant applications. They should be able to teach effectively and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
