This role sits within the Mathematics and Statistics discipline of EECMS.

As a research associate/fellow, you will work as part of an existing research group to advance the schoolÕs research agenda in optimisation, optimal control, and operations research.

The role will involve:

• Collaborating with industry partners to develop new theory and algorithms to solve optimisation and control problems in practical applications;
• Publishing high quality journal articles;
• Supervising honours and post graduate students; and
• Participating in grant applications for research funding.
