Abstract
|
An analysis is made of the Daley-Kendall and
Maki-Thompson rumour models starting from general
initial proportions of ignorants, spreaders and
stiflers in the population. We investigate as a
function of the initial conditions the
composition of the final population when the
rumour has run its course.
