Australian Mathematical Society Web Site
On-line Publications
The Australian Mathematical Society is engaged in a process of
making all of its journals available electronically.
Commercial electronic publication of the Journal of the Australian
Mathematical Society and the ANZIAM Journal will begin in 2002.
-
Journal of the Australian Mathematical Society
- (Formerly Series A, Pure Mathematics and Mathematical
Statistics)
- All users may browse the tables of contents and the abstracts
of papers. The papers themselves will be available in
Portable Document Format (PDF),
which requires a viewer such as Adobe(R) Acrobat(R) Reader
or xpdf.
Access to the full papers is presently free but will eventually
be limited to campuses and individuals
who have subscribed to this service. Copies of Adobe Acrobat Reader
are available for most platforms free of charge.
-
The ANZIAM Journal
- (Formerly Journal Series B (Applied Mathematics))
- All users may browse the tables of contents and the abstracts
of papers. The papers themselves will be available in PDF format,
which requires a viewer such as Adobe Acrobat or xpdf.
Access to the full papers will be limited to campuses and individuals
who have subscribed to this service.
-
The ANZIAM Journal(Electronic)
- (Formerly
Journal Series B (Applied Mathematics)(Electronic))
- This is a completely electronic volume of the ANZIAM Journal
aimed at ensuring rapid publication.
Papers will usually be available in a variety of formats, such as PDF,
Postscript(R) and DVI. Access to the Electronic volume is presently free
of charge to all users.
-
The Bulletin
- The Bulletin is not presently available electronically, but we
hope to move in this direction over the next 12 months.
-
The Gazette
- Some of the older issues of the Gazette were available on-line
in HTML format. The future of electronic issues of the Gazette is
uncertain. Much of the information in the Gazette is found elsewhere
on this electronic site.
