ANZIAM 2018

The ANZIAM Conference 2018 was held in February in Hobart.

As has been the tradition, a Women in Mathematics Lunch was held to highlight the female speakers. Prof Nalini Joshi (USyd) instigated this tradition. She wrote about it via her Twitter account.

ANZIAM awards annual prizes. This year, three of the prizes were awarded to female mathematicians.

We congratulate each of these prize winers on their achievements in mathematics, and look forward to seeing more wonderful mathematics from these women in the future.
